Product Details

PK700 uses a superior, high-tensile woven polyester yarn sourced especially to meet our requirements for improved shrinkage-resistance and strength. A special weaving process is used to introduce thicker reinforcing threads which are designed to prevent a tear or puncture from spreading easily.

PK700 is a fully-coated product, so it provides a superior bond with the scrim, delivering greater flexibility and softness, plus the ability to customise the product to suit your requirements by building up the weight and surface quality.

The PK700s Riplock base cloth offers high levels of strength & durability while the embossed surface finish giving excellent scratch resistance ensuring a long-lasting PVC with many general purpose applications including tonneau covers, trailer covers, caravan, camping & leisure bags & covers, heavy duty sports equipment & most domestic cover applications.

PK700 "Riplock Embossed" use only the highest quality virgin grade PVC resins, UV stabilisers and importantly made using safe non-toxic DiNP plasticisers which are REACH, RoHS and VCA certified.
