PK700 Tonneau is a versatile fabric suitable for many applications. Its embossed surface has a matte acrylic lacquer coating on both sides, enhancing UV resistance and ease of cleaning, while limiting plasticiser migration. It boasts high scratch and UV resistance, making it ideal for long-term use.

PK700 uses a superior, high-tensile woven polyester yarn, specifically sourced to meet strict requirements for shrinkage resistance and strength. A special weaving process integrates thicker reinforcing threads to prevent tears or punctures from spreading, enhancing overall durability.
This fabric performs consistently well with hot air, hot wedge, and high-frequency welding methods—helping reduce production costs through faster processing and lower waste and rejection rates.
PK700 is a fully-coated material, providing a strong bond with the scrim. This results in enhanced flexibility and softness, while also allowing customisation of weight and surface finish to suit specific application needs.
The Riplock base cloth delivers excellent strength and durability. Combined with an embossed surface finish, PK700 offers outstanding scratch resistance, making it ideal for a wide range of general-purpose applications. These include tonneau covers, trailer covers, caravan and camping gear, leisure bags and covers, heavy-duty sports equipment, and various domestic coverings.
Only high-quality virgin-grade PVC resins, UV stabilisers, and safe, non-toxic DiNP plasticisers are used in PK700's manufacture. The product is fully REACH, RoHS, and VCA certified, ensuring compliance with international safety and environmental standards.
