Paskal Customer Return Policy

Whilst every attempt has been made in showing product photos on our website there may be slight differences between the product and the website photos. This will not affect the functionality of the product and are not grounds for a return or refund. If you believe the incorrect product has been delivered, immediately contact a Paskal team member. We may be able to offer an alternative solution that will save you from having to return the item.

Returning Goods

  • No goods can be returned without prior approval and authorization by a member of Paskal.
  • Returns are NOT accepted after 30 days from invoice.
  • Goods returned without authorization cannot be accepted and refunded.
  • We DO NOT accept returns for Seconds, Discounted Stock, Clearance items or Change of Mind

Out of Stock Items

At the time of order placement stock is checked to ensure availability.

If by any chance we find an error in our stock holding leading to your product being unavailable we will contact you to offer a suitable replacement, confirm when your item will be available or offer a refund

Faulty Items

If you have received an item/s that is faulty/damaged, please email us with details of the fault and include photos if possible.

Discontinued, Seconds or Clearance Items

We do not accept returns of discontinued, seconds or clearance stock. These products are clearly advertised as possibly having minor faults, irregularities, special discounts or no longer available. The customer accepts these conditions when purchasing these items.

Change of Mind

We do not accept change of mind returns. Before purchasing any of our Products confirm whether they are suitable for your requirements and fit for your desired purpose. If you require any advice prior to your decision, please get in contact with us.
