Orders

Placing an order can be done by contacting us via email or phone

Yes, we have minimum order quantities for our products. For more information on quantities required please contact your local Paskal branch

Our focus is on the trade. We can sell to the public, but minimum order amounts would be required.

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation and payment. Generally, allow approximately 2 days on average depending on location or courier used.

Depending on how the order is placed:

If by phone – this is done at the time the order is placed

If by fax or email – prior to the order being completed in our system, a Paskal team member will contact you to discuss how to proceed. Once this has been done you order is then finalised and despatched.

Products

We carry a very broad range of Australian and imported products. The imported products have been designed in Australia and manufactured to suit Australian standards

We can provide samples on certain items, and we also have swatches available of our fabrics

No, we are a wholesaler. If you require assistance on where to have something made, we can point you to a business located near you.

It is possible, however minimum order requirements will be needed to have products/colours made depending on the product in question.

As we are a wholesaler, we have a minimum order quantity on our products.

The only product we do cuts on is fabric

Returns

If you have received the wrong item/product or there is an issue with the invoice, please contact us immediately and we will be able to resolve the issue as soon as we can.

Shipping & Delivery

Generally this depends on the order size. We use different courier and freight companies and will organise your order by the most cost-efficient method available.

If you prefer to use your own freight/logistic forwarder please advise details including – contact numbers, name of person, valid account number.

Due to COVID restrictions we have revised this policy and now offer delivery to your address

All orders shipped will have tracking details

Each of our warehouses are open Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm. We are not open weekends or Public Holidays

If you’re located in Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, ACT, Sydney, or Southern NSW please Contact Head Office - Victoria.

If you are in Northern NSW, Queensland or Norther Territory please contact the Queensland Branch.

All Western Australia enquiries to be sent to our WA branch.

No, we don’t have a showroom

We do not allow visits as we aren’t a retail store. We will do our best to assist you over the phone or by email.

Yes, our sales staff schedule trips to areas across Australia throughout the year, they will inform customers of their visits.

No, the website is only used for information and to submit quote requests for pricing. If you wish to place an order, Contact your nearest Paskal branch

Payments

Paskal accepts Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express), EFT payments, Bank Transfer and Cash

A 1.5% fee is added to payments made with Credit Card

If you are purchasing from outside of Australia, we DO Not accept any credit card payments, only Bank Transfer. Goods will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

Overseas

If you are purchasing from outside of Australia, you must send your order/enquiry via email.

Yes, there will be a minimum quantity required for products purchased for overseas shipment. Please speak to a Paskal representative to find out more details.

We can ship to most countries; however, this may depend on the courier/freight forwarding company.

If you are buying from overseas, you will not be charged GST. If you are buying from within Australia or we are shipping to a third party within Australia, then there will be a GST charge included.
