Scrim
HDPE film is extruded then slit into tapes & finally woven on water jet looms using virgin raw materials.
Coating
The scrim is coated with LDPE using virgin raw materials & high quality UV stabilisers to produce a finished
weight of 295gsm.
Manufacture
PE 295 is made from 100% Polyethylene and is easily recyclable, it offers high strength to weight ratio.
Performance
PE 295 offers consistently good welding performance using both hot air or hot wedge welding
methods.
Warranty
A 2 year limited warranty on colour fading, colour fastness & UV breakdown.
