Engle HSGM Hot Knife
Engle Hot Knife for quick and effective cutting and sealing the edges of the synthetic fabric, such as cords, ropes, bands and webbing.
The controlled heat melts synthetics to provide a sealed edge or end.
Trigger operated it heats up in 6 or 8 seconds and provides a light to illuminate the area being cut. Rope ends are simultaneously heat sealed in cutting process.
Engle hot knife (Type HSG-0) includes blade (Type R) hand operated tool is designed to cut small quantities, recommended for short-time operation only.
Suitable to cut and seal the edges of synthetic fabric, such as:
- cords,
- ropes,
- acrylic/polyester boating fabric, and
- webbing.
Heat up time of blades approx 6-8 seconds.
Heat may be controlled by switching tool on and off.
